We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:​

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.​​​​​

    2. Conditions for Returns:​

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hours via email at return@unvfoods.com​​​​​​​

  • Exchange/replacement order will be delivered within 5-7 days.

    3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.​​​

    4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original                   payment method. The crediting time for refunds may take up to 10-14 business days.​
